Refund Policy
FindMyReferral does not guarantee interviews, job offers, selection, or hiring outcomes.
1. Overview
FindMyReferral is an independent peer-to-peer consulting and facilitation marketplace. Applicants pay for professional profile review, application alignment support, and internal portal routing assistance delivered by verified company insiders.
We do not sell employment placement, interviews, job offers, selection, or hiring outcomes. Refunds are reviewed based on whether the agreed professional service milestone was completed, not based on the employer's hiring decision.
2. Milestone protection
Your service booking is tracked through our milestone platform. The employee's professional service fee is processed only after the employee reviews your application and provides an internal corporate portal submission tracking reference or equivalent routing confirmation inside your secure workspace.
If an employee does not review and route your profile within the stated service window, currently 72 hours unless otherwise shown at checkout, you may request a refund review.
3. Eligible refund cases
A full or partial refund may be approved when:
• The employee accepted the booking but did not respond or begin the review within a reasonable time.
• The employee did not review your application materials or provide the promised routing verification.
• The uploaded tracking reference or receipt is fake, misleading, unrelated to the requested role, or cannot be verified by our admin team.
• A duplicate payment, failed payment mismatch, or technical payment error occurred.
• Admin approves a dispute in your favor after reviewing payment records, chat history, uploaded files, verification receipts, and request timeline.
4. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available when:
• The employee completed the profile review and provided valid internal routing verification.
• You did not receive an interview, recruiter response, job offer, or hiring outcome from the employer.
• The employer rejected your application or chose not to proceed.
• You changed your mind after the employee began work or after valid verification was delivered.
• You provided incorrect, incomplete, or changed job details after the employee started the service.
• You raised a dispute in bad faith or violated our user conduct policies.
5. How to request a refund
Open the related request in your dashboard and raise a dispute with a clear description of the issue. You may also email support@findmyreferral.com with your account email, request ID, payment date, and supporting details.
Admin will review the available evidence and decide whether to issue a full refund, partial refund, service correction, or denial. We may request additional information before making a decision.
6. Processing timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where technically possible. Bank and payment-provider timelines may vary, but refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Duplicate payments or technical payment corrections may be resolved faster after verification with payment-provider records.
