A referral does not guarantee an interview, job, offer, selection, or response from the company.
Earnings release
Referrer earnings remain pending until proof is submitted and the hunter confirms completion, auto-completion expires, or admin releases funds after review.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals require verified referrer status, available balance, and admin approval. Payouts are processed manually in MVP.
